Accrete more Light -- to gradually increase the amount of Light/God Force one embodies.

Multidimensional -- we currently live in the world of matter, a 3rd dimensional reality, yet other aspects of ourselves exist in other dimensions. Some scientists now consider that we live in an 11 dimensional Universe. Metaphysicians consider a 12 to 15 dimensional Universe. Truly this does go on and on and the point is there is more to our existence than what you see in the 3rd dimensional realm.
Neural Pathways -- the nervous system in the physical body can be likened to an electrical system, where new connections can be made to stimulate new thoughts, feelings, visions & perceptions.
Personal Growth Work -- studies in various forms that support the ongoing continuation of your personal evolution (books, workshops, therapies, processes, techniques, higher consciousness tools, etc.)
Raise your Vibration -- as one accretes more Light, the vibration quality of your essence becomes lighter, meaning you are holding states of Love and Joy more consistently in your life.
